Important information to buy on the site:

• The site is reserved for VAT holders.
• To view prices, you must register with your VAT number.
• Browsing the catalogue and adding items to the shopping cart does not imply any commitment to purchase.
• To place an order, a minimum order amount must be reached,
• i.e. EUR 150.00 (net of discounts and VAT) for orders to Italy, EUR 200.00 for orders to foreign countries.

Shipping costs and the exact amount to pay are communicated after receiving the order and before shipping the goods.

Buying on girardicollection.com is very easy!

1. Browse the product catalogue, designed for easy reference, select the article you are interested in and the quantity and add it to your shopping cart. For some articles, which come in several variants, you can select the specific variants and quantities.
2. Once you have chosen the item you are interested in, to order it, enter the quantity and click on the "add to cart" button and this will be automatically added to your virtual cart, until the minimum order is reached.
3. You can choose whether to continue shopping by adding other items, or complete the order by confirming the billing and shipping information.
4. Finally choose the payment method (Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery).
5. Remember to confirm the order, to allow us to process it.
6. Our staff will contact you by email, phone or Whatsapp to let you know the exact amount for the payment.
7. The shipment of the order will be made immediately in case of payment by cash on delivery, or after we have received confirmation of payment by bank transfer.
8. The payment receipt can be sent via email or Whatsapp.  The sooner we receive confirmation of payment, the sooner we will ship the goods.

ATTENTION:

• Without the final confirmation, the order cannot be processed!
• Do not make any payment before receiving the communication with the exact amount including shipping costs.
• As soon as the goods have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment tracking.
• Delivery is expected within a few days to your home (or to the address you indicate) or collection at the Girardi Collection showroom.
